Well – it is raining but it’s not windy

Oh dear – storm/hurricane on the way. There is an enormous lime tree outside my house and if the hurricane blows from the south it will crash through the roof – no doubt about it. So fingers crossed please, and hope we’re still here in the morning!

    hope all is well -it missed us here oop north-but would we notice anyway,?we tend to get quite a bit of ‘weather’!
    meanwhile-here at Goldberg towers,the woodburning stove has been ‘run in'(like you used to have to do with cars-remember?)and is crackling along nicely,making painting in the studio(or living room if i’m honest)much more pleasurable…Christmas is approaching and sales must be made if I am to eat in January..
    hope the lime tree is still standing strong and that you are warm and dry too!
