Very cheery news – better get on with my own work pronto.

RWS Elections

northoneartist's avatarnorthoneartist

Tomorrow very important day at RWS / Bankside Gallery – we elect new members, a scary and exacting process that you don’t need to know about until you ARE elected when you can subject others to the same scrutiny – much like going for interviews at art school, jobs etc except that you are not there, just your work, which I think is a disadvantage. However, it ‘s really nice for those of us not going through  the mill – been there, done that! Another post tomorrow with i hope lots of new ARWS’s to include.

Printer Sorted!

After a sleepless night dreaming about pushing buttons, phoning for help to ANYBODY, or throwing the new printer out of a very high window I made a phone call to Canon Support who did just that and sorted it out – phew!

Doesn’t it drive you MAD?

Had a new printer in July – last week it kept telling me there was no paper loaded correctly. Taxi to John Lewis – very nice after a lot of trying they decided printer at fault. Got new one, taxi back – everything going OK until the new one started demanding all sorts of strange things – can’t download instructions – why doesn’t the ***** thing just plug in and work!!! I don’t need this ( well I do but I’m so pissed off at the moment I don’t).
