Had a new printer in July – last week it kept telling me there was no paper loaded correctly. Taxi to John Lewis – very nice after a lot of trying they decided printer at fault. Got new one, taxi back – everything going OK until the new one started demanding all sorts of strange things – can’t download instructions – why doesn’t the ***** thing just plug in and work!!! I don’t need this ( well I do but I’m so pissed off at the moment I don’t).

you have my sincerest sympathies-I am having the same problems-sort off-but with AVG-keeps telling me to update databases for protection-when I click the button,it will only allow it to work to 70% then tells me ‘update failed’

its failed the last numpty-nump times I’ve tried to blinkin’ well update update..
I’ve tried to to a live chat with the help desk-which,from past experience I suspect to be anything but live as the way they answer questions can only mean they are computer generated…but the message is’there is no-one available to help you’

meantime ,if anyone out there is receiving strange emails from me-such as’i’ve left him tied up outside in the snow’believe me,they are not re-routed from my s&m site-they are from my own personal hacker.
