Front garden

We have just won First Prize !

We have a largish front garden by London standards, and are very lucky as we are right at the end of a very small cul-de-sac. There is no passing traffic so it’s very quiet and peaceful. In about May I entered the front garden for the Islington in Bloom Competition – I think the gardens were judged in July sometime and last night the Award ceremony was held – unfortunately I couldn’t go, but this morning I had an email giving me the good news.
